Justin is a great agent. He helped us get in to see properties that we were interested in in a timely manner, which was really important in this market. He knew the in's and outs of what to look for, had great recommendations for all of the additional services (inspection, plumbing repair) and negotiating issues with the home with the sellers.Most importantly he was genuine with our questions and comments and helpful in looking at the homes for what we wanted to buy. Overall we were very satisfied with his service.

While I was just looking, Justin spent an entire day with me, simplifying the hard stuff for some one who has over bought a house. Then we drove all over my desired areas looking at lots of properties. He understands the areas, house construction, house building eras, and work loads required by new owners. We didn't find anything that day, but he was a rock star.Four months later out of the blue a house exactly where we wanted it in our price range cam up Justin met with us THAT NIGHT to get the ball rolling. Less than a month later we own that house thanks to Justin's quick work and clear explanations. This guy bis AWESOME.

Working with the Stern Team was the best decision we could have made, in my opinion. Justin, our agent, was always available to us and always showed that he had our best interests and desires as his top priority. Mandi, our loan officer, was very honest and straightforward with us about all our options, and she made our house available to us at the price we wanted. We must have spent six or more hours looking at houses with Justin all over the Salt Lake Metro area once or twice per week, and would exchange thoughts on new listings via text message every day. I could tell that we were important to him from the day we met, and my view of him as a professional only improved over the six months we worked together. I will use his services again any chance I get.
